Located in a home setting Bloom daycare is a small home daycare licensed by the Department of Childcare Licensing Program in California. Limited to a small group of children we focus on ages 4 months to 5 years old providing individual care and attention, nutritious meals and positive educational development in a calm, safe, comfortable and nurturing environment.
